Alan Cotton: Coast - Exhibition at Messums, Wiltshire
Hon Academician Alan Cotton’s forthcoming exhibition “Coast”, is at Messums Wiltshire Galleries at Tisbury 11th-April to 9th May 2021. Messums Wiltshire is set in a magnificent 13th Century Tithe Barn, the longest in the UK. The barn and its adjacent galleries and restaurant is situated in the village of Tisbury.
The exhibition includes forty new paintings from locations as diverse as Kilve on the North Somerset Jurassic coast, Boscastle and Sandymouth Bay in Cornwall, Hartland in North Devon, the Isle of Skye and Co Kerry and Donegal on the West Coast of Ireland.There are also new works from the Albatross Colony at Taiaroa Head in New Zealand.
